Check in process was easy online & just use the machine upon arrival. The shuttle bus service was very efficient. The driver on my return journey to the airport in the morning was an absolute gent, really nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, spacious and the facilities were good. The toiletries in the bathroom were really nice. Breakfast was really good! It’s a great way to fill yourself up on good food before heading to the airport where they gouge you with their prices. The staff was very helpful. The desk staff especially deserve a shout out. I’m sure they deal with difficult guests who’s travel days may not have gone to plan and they take it out on the desk staff, but they were very professional and just really lovely. It was especially nice to be well rested before travelling in the morning.

i stayed at this hotel because i was between flights and had just a few hours here. the check in was completely digitalised. I checked in online and the day of my stay i received a QR code which i used at a kiosk in the lobby. it was all very seamless. the check out was the same. I didn't have any breakfast here but they have a very good area in the lobby which sold teas coffees and pastries. i was a very quiet hotel and great for the few hours i was there. the airport pickup seemed along way from terminal 2 but when i was flying out from terminal 1 the following day it was perfect

The staff were lovely, the room was big, the beds were comfortable and the free airport shuttle bus was great! Our flight was delayed and we ended up getting to the hotel at just gone 11pm, we wanted to start of our time in Ireland with a pint of Guinness, but we'd read that their bar closes at 11pm, thankfully when we got there, it was still open and was really busy, they seem to stay open for longer if it's a bit busier, so we were more than happy with that 😊

The staff - in all departments were excellent. Housekeeping changed towels every day, even if we didn't need them and always made the bed. The bed was to die for - unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was self-service with a terrific amount of food options, and marvelous coffee. The hotel offers a 24hr shuttle to the airport which is great if you're going to the terminal or just need to catch a bus to another location.

Rooms have been updated since I last stayed, so very pleased, comfortable and clean. The shuttle to/from airport is good. The breakfast, for me was very good, as I didn’t have a cooked breakfast. The meats, cheeses, fruits etc were lovely and fresh. I couldn’t comment on the cooked breakfast, it used to be a bit hit and miss because the foods would cool down too quickly. My husband had sausages which he said were hot.
