Firstly, this Hotel caters for one night stays. It is big and has countless rooms. The reception staff were very helpful regarding the storage of essential medical supplies which needed constant refrigeration. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was perfect. The two restaurants offered a good choice of food. We chose the main restaurant and the menu presented a good variety of options. The food we had was delivered promptly and was tasty and good value. The facility of a shuttle bus to and from the airport was extremely handy and first class with our female driver being very helpful to all passengers especially with luggage. Top marks to her. The breakfast was very extensive and catered for all tastes. Buffet-style with both Irish and Continental fare. I loved the breakfast and wished I had had the capacity to have eaten more. Full-marks to the Chef and kitchen staff.

Although this was our first visit to Dublin, we found it easy to make our way at the Airport to the shuttle pick up at area 16. The bus was clearly marked and the driver was courteous and helpful. It took only 15 minutes to get to the hotel, where we were greeted by a very friendly staff (especially Karen). Our room was ready (early) and we were quickly making our way downtown after an excellent lunch. Our room was comfy (especially the bed) with a nice view overlooking horses grazing. The hotel has been well sound-proofed (didn't notice the planes at all). We took cabs to and from downtown and were pleasantly surprised by their low rates.

The staff were very friendly and hopeful and helping us figure out how to get on and off the bus and get into town. They were also very helpful storing refrigerated eye drops for my child. It was really great having a fan in the room and was provided a joining connecting room with three kids to make our stay comfortable. It was nice having a food and bar on site to relax and enjoy the evening when we got in late and needed to eat dinner with the kids. It was a very helpful staff member who was working the bar restaurant area who helped point us in the right direction to get food.

The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during check in. I liked that we had 90 minutes from parking to checking in, to putting suitcases in room so we didn't have to rush to return our rental car. Everyone was nice, polite, and helpful during our stay. The check out machine was easy to use. The space in the room and cleanliness was great. It was nice to have a large area to sit and socialize on the main floor with either one person or if with a large group.

The breakfast was amazing and always well-stocked, even at the end of breakfast. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff friendly. The bartender Stephen was especially kind and made my son a sort of vitamin bomb tea to help him feel better since he caught a cold on our trip.
